Kintamani is the area of north-eastern Bali at the Mt. Batur caldera with the spectacular mountainous region around Kintamani – with its deep crater & freshwater lake. On this tour, you will experience the highlights of Bali in 1-Day including Traditional Barong & Kris Dance, Tegenungan Waterfall, Tirta Empul Temple, Coffee Plantation with Tasting/Swing, Kintamani Mt. We leave the hotel and head towards a visit to watch an exciting traditional Traditional Barong & Kris Dance. Next, we’ll journey to Tegenungan Waterfall, a picturesque scenic waterfall in a lush jungle setting above a shallow bathing area. Drive to Tirta Empul Temple where Balinese Hindus go for ritual purification on spring water that is considered to be holy, whose sacred springs are said to have been created by the God Indra and possess curative properties.

Our route continues to Kintamani to visit a Coffee Plantation with Tasting/Swing (swing-ride available here!), for an opportunity to walk around coffee plantation and try some coffees and teas made by locals. Next, We’ll visit the highlight of the tour Kintamani Mt. Batur View to enjoy overlooking with a ribbon of black lava, running down from its peak into the valley below. Our final stop of the tour is Tegalalang Rice Terraces to visit a scenic outlook that spreads down before you and away to the rice paddies on the slopes across the valley. Tour ends with a hotel drop-off.

• 1. Traditional Barong & Kris Dance

  One of some mythologies in Bali. It tells about Barong as a king of the spirits, leader of the hosts of good, and his enemy named Rangda, the demon queen and mother of all spirit guarders. Traditionally, the dance represents a story of the eternal battle between good and bad. This will be performed when there is a temple ceremony, which is only once a year based on the Caka calendar. • 2. Tegenungan Waterfall

  Tegenungan Waterfall is a unique waterfall for its lush green forest and heavy water flow. This village is located near to the village of Ubud. It is popular with a waterfall that has been a selection of places that is fun to visit. To get to this waterfall we need to take some steps down. (Ticket Price: IDR 20.000/person).

• 3. Tirta Empul Temple

  Tirta Empul is a Hindu Balinese water temple located near the town of Tampaksiring, 30 minutes from Ubud central and on the way to Kintamani, Volcano. This temple was made during the Warmadewa dynasty (10th-14th centuries). The temple compound consists of a place where Balinese Hindus go to for ritual purification on spring that is considered to be holy. (Ticket Price: IDR 50.000/person).

• 4. Coffee Plantation with Tasting/Swing

• 5. Kintamani Mt. Batur View

  Kintamani Volcano is one of the active volcanoes that still active in Indonesia. This volcano is about 1717 meters located next to the lake Batur. This place is famous for its plantation caused by volcanic soil of eruption in 1917, 1927 and 1963. Besides, You can also enjoy your buffet lunch while seeing the beauty of the volcano and its lake. • 6. Tegalalang Rice Terrace
